Trail Reports

The new snow looks pretty, buy WinMan is a wet slushy mess today! Sadly, the mountain bike trails will be closed until either everything freezes up, or dries out – whichever comes first. The Snowshoe and Ski Trails remain open for hiking, but the conditions will be much the same as the bike trails.

Thanks for a wonderful Winter Season, Everyone! All trails are closed. We will announce the opening of our Summer Season once the frost layer is gone and the trails have had enough time to dry up.  Until then, help us keep our trails in great shape for your favorite Summer activities, please no walking/hiking/running on…

Snowshoe trails remain open.  Winter fat tire bike trails remain open for morning riding only, and are subject to closing daily depending on temperatures.  Ski trails are open with fair conditions for skating.  Tracks are in poor condition and will only be reset with new snow.  Check WinMan Facebook or Instagram for most current status.

Trail Update: All of the Mountain Bike Trails at WinMan are open except “The Twins.”    

The 2.5K loop was groomed Wednesday (3/27/19) morning and resulted in a fairly good skate deck. Tracks were not set. Conditions will vary depending on the time of day/temperature. Trail Update: The 2.5K loop was groomed this morning and is in good condition, although very soft during the afternoon. All other loops will be in fair condition. Tracks are no longer being set.

Trail update: Trails where in rough shape after the last grooming and the weekend activity – lots of rutting from the gator, snow rubble dropped by the groomer and frozen in tracks from the skiers. This morning we tried cleaning up the trails by dropping the groomer knives all the way down and tilling up…
