We stand behind every product we sell and are committed to providing you the best customer experience possible.
We have a no questions asked, 30 day refund policy on everything we sell (excluding food and drink). If you are unhappy for any reason, return your product in-person to the Shop and we will issue a full refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will still do our best to work with you. Every situation is different, so please contact us to find a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If we issued you a receipt via text or email, please bring that with you. If not, please have the day and approximate time of purchase so we can find your purchase in our system.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or bring your item to the Shop.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6870 Highway W, Winchester, WI 54557.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
