Media - Photography and Media Rights

By accessing the Property, all visitors, guests, and employees are deemed to have granted their express, irrevocable, and unrestricted consent to WinMan Trails Inc., its authorized representatives, and assigns, for the capture of their image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, and all other forms of media.

Individuals authorize WinMan Trails to copyright, utilize, and publish the Photographs, in whole or in part, modified or altered, across any medium or format currently known or subsequently developed (including, but not limited to, print, digital, electronic, and social media) for any lawful purpose. These purposes include, without limitation:

• Promotional and advertising collateral
• Website and social media content
• Marketing brochures and newsletters
• Artistic or editorial material
• Internal training and documentation

Individuals acknowledge and agree that these images may be utilized without further compensation, notice, or opportunity for inspection or approval. Should an individual prefer that their image or likeness not be employed for commercial or promotional purposes, a formal written request must be submitted to WinMan Trails at [email protected].

From time to time, WinMan Trails may conduct promotions such as photo contests, social media tagging contests, or other initiatives requiring user-submitted content. By participating in such promotions, and/or by uploading media or tagging WinMan Trails on any social media platform, the user grants WinMan Trails the right to use the files for the promotion of WinMan Trails, its events, and activities. WinMan Trails warrants that it will not sell or directly profit from any uploaded media unless the original content creator or copyright holder provides explicit written permission.

Cookies
