We kicked off fundraising and permitting in January 2024. In true WinMan fashion, we were committed to delivering the highest quality campground possible, all while being cost-effective. We are beyond excited to announce that reservations will open soon for the Summer 2026 season.

Pop's Lodge: Primary bathhouse with full amenities: toilets, showers, and a central gathering space.
Secondary Bathhouse: Additional convenience with more toilets and showers.

It all started with one family’s belief that embracing nature’s playground unleashes the best in all of us.
Today, WinMan Trails is a 501(c)3 non-profit offering year-round, professionally managed trails and amenities for biking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, onewheeling, and chilling - whatever moves you to smile and share joy with others.
Now, we’re stepping boldly into our next big idea: BaseCamp.
Swap adventure stories under the stars and across a campfire. Crank up the sauna to celebrate your achievements while sweating out the soreness. Then roll out of bed straight onto the trails at first light to do it all over again.
We think this sounds amazing, too.
Naming Opportunities Still Available
The BaseCamp Campaign is aiming to raise $2.7 million to build facilities that will contribute $500,000+ each year to support trail system operations. Your contribution will empower our community, enhance your trail experience, and ensure the longevity of WinMan Trails.
We’ve got stellar spots just waiting to showcase your name or honor someone special. Naming a site at BaseCamp lets you infuse your story into the soul of our adventurous landscape. To make it even easier to create a lasting impact, gifts can be given all at once or pledged over 3 years.
The already constructed main bathhouse - Pop's Lodge - was fully funded, thanks to a $250,000 leadership gift from the generous Fotsch Family as well as 20 other sites so far throughout BaseCamp.
Pitch in $2,500 or more to our campaign and you can name a tent site. Your generosity will fuel our trails with over $4,000 in funding every single year.
Step up with a $5,000 donation and claim the naming rights to an RV site. Your contribution to BaseCamp will spark $25,000+ of trail revenue after just 5 years.
Contribute $15,000 or more to our campaign and put your name on a tiny cabin site. After 5 years you can proudly say your contribution produced over $40,000 in trail building revenue!
Invest $50,000 to name a large cabin and watch it transform into a revenue generating powerhouse. Over 5 years you will have provided WinMan with over $200,000 in sustainable trail building funds.

2025 Construction Progress Updates
Major Milestones Achieved:
- Roads have been built and upgraded with drainage and water mitigation systems in place.
- Utilities are now fully brought onto the property and extended to all buildings and campsites.
- All tent and RV sites have been cleared, leveled, and outfitted with parking pads, fire pits, picnic tables, and new grass.
- The secondary bathhouse was built off-site and delivered to its final location on the east side of the campground.
- The main bathhouse, Pop’s Lodge, is well underway with the foundation, framing, siding, roofing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, decks, and steps all completed.
- The first two tiny cabins have been framed and finished with windows, doors, roofing, siding, wiring, and insulation.
- Premium cabin layouts have been finalized, sites are cleared, and driveway construction is in progress
- Reservation software has been established and is currently undergoing testing.
Goals for Before Opening Day:
- Finish up Pop's Lodge with interior electrical and plumbing, along with flooring and trim installation. Outfit the saunas, ski wax/bike fix room, gathering spaces and conference room with furnishings and resources for campers.
- Add a porch to the secondary bathhouse and connect it to site utilities.
- Finalize siding, drywall, flooring and built in storage for the first two tiny cabins, our goal is to make these available for winter use as soon as possible.
- Install wayfinding signage across the property and begin honoring named sites generously supported by our project donors.
- Construct eight additional tiny cabins and seven premium, fully plumbed cabins throughout the summer.
- Build a small maintenance facility to support high-quality care of BaseCamp’s infrastructure and grounds.
- Enhance the site with detailed landscaping and added gathering spaces and amenities.
- Expand trail access in and around BaseCamp to create even more opportunities for exploration and connection.
